How am I feeling? Sore, focused, and tired.

I feel like things have been getting a bit overwhelming again. People are pulling me in different directions. I feel like certain family members expect more energy from me that I just can't give them...and it makes me feel guilty. Then other days I feel guilty for not feeling more guilty. I have a huge goal. I have a lot to work on and I'm preparing to open my fitness client books up again... Which is what I want to focus on most of all. Especially during this prep.
