How am I feeling? My butt and legs are wreckeddddd. From my leg day workouts but also because I got my new bike trainer so my butt is getting used to the seat again 🫠

My rash is gone! Which is really nice. Yesterday we got a treat meal thanks to coach and it was so yummy. Very happy lady. It's a rest day, so it's a "low carb" day lol (my low is still over 200g of carbs)
