You don't have to be shredded to be the best version of you, what the "best version" of you will look different on everyone. Maybe that's a thriving stay at home mom. Maybe that's a new small business owner that's profitable. Maybe that's someone who finally fit into the dream jeans they always wanted too. Maybe that's someone who decided to go all in on their self development.


Remember, this group and my mission is called THICCC N THIN. Because I am here for you, through thiccc n thin. Mentally & Physically.

Weigh-In: 141.2

How am I feeling? Healthy, determined, motivated, and at ease. Finally home from the holiday travels and boy... can I tell you how grateful I am?! Almost two weeks in Mexico without Wi-Fi. Without clean drinking water (from tap & stuff), without my pets, without normal driving roads, without my normal gym equipment, without the ability to communicate fully... and so much more.

While I say all of the things I was left without there were so many amazing things there as well. Like the family, the experiences, the ability to change and adapt, the ability to unplug and give back to myself.


It was a busy last few weeks of the year, but like I said it just allowed me to come home truly grateful and happy to be back home. I feel full again.


In the trip I kept true to my habits, what habits? Glad you asked! The thiccc n thin MIHTS, DUH!

I did these daily:

  • 6+ hours of sleep daily

  • 5 workouts a week

  • Daily 10k+ steps

  • 120 oz of water daily

  • Daily protein goal hit

  • Indulging in things that make my heart happy


I did all of these while still on vacation for several reasons.

  1. It helped me stay sane

  2. It's what I wanted to do

  3. To prove to myself and YOU that it's still possible to hit your goals on vacation

  4. I didn't want to lose my habits


Anyways, enough of me rambling. Let's get into my goals for the day... ttyt (talk to you tomorrow)


Todays Goals

  • Dog walk

  • 10k steps

  • Upper body day

  • (2) fitness client calls

  • Duolingo lesson

  • Read

  • Setup social media posts for clients

  • Unplug by 8pm

  • Send our business card proofs to client

🆃: TRACK- TRACK YOUR MACROS, TRACK YOUR PROGRESS, TRACK YOUR HABITS


🆂: SLEEP/RECOVERY- TAKE NECESSARY REST AND GET 6+HOURS OF SLEEP
