There's a point when you start to identify with your goals. There's a point when it becomes second nature. There's a point when the "hard stuff" becomes a non-negotiable. When that happens, that's when it becomes less hard, it's just apart of your life.


Honestly it pisses me off when people say "getting healthy takes too much work" and my response is... well you have a job right? Do you just not show up on those hard days? Do you throw in the towel and give up? Do you decide to not take care of your kids or pick them up when you have other responsibilities?


Hell no. Because you know it's shit that needs to get done.... your health is the same thing. So shift that mindset.


Know that you can do it. Know that it'll get easier. Know that it's for the best version of yourself.
