As a lot of you may know, I have wanted to get onto the bodybuilding stage for over seven years now. I have always had a passion for fitness. I have always worked out. Before I had a general plan, and honestly I just thought I had shit genetics... I accepted it. When I made it my ultimate goal, I just started focusing on the process. Focusing on the tasks at hand. I honestly didn't think my body would change... and truthfully even though I've been watching the scale trend down for the last year... it still didn't compute into my brain. Honestly, it's still unfathamable for me.
Yesterday, I received my custom bodybuilding suit... I tried it on and I fucking cried. It was the first time I EVER looked into the mirror and was like WOW, THIS IS FUCKING REAL. I look like a bodybuilder now. When did this happen? It wasn't over night. Shoot it wasn't even over a couple nights. It's been slowly happening every single day and each of my small daily decisions have finally shown... and it was noticeable enough for me to see the actual change.
Body dysmorphia is a SOB which is why I always urge my clients to take their day one photos. You won't always notice a difference in a week, or a month, or even two months sometimes. Because you look at yourself every single day in the mirror. You get used to looking at yourself. But when you put the photos side by side and have an accountability partner that is unbiased. They (I) can help you see the changes and remind you of your weekly small wins.

How am I feeling? At ease. I finally pooped yesterday 💩 and you know damn well I won't be slipping on my fiber again! Cannot believe we are 10 days out. 🤯 I kinda irritated my left trap with a stupid move during pull downs today but you know I'm already working on that recovery process. shit happens, especially at such a lower body fat it's easier to inquire injuries. It's small, but we gotta work it out sooner than later.
