How am I feeling? Tired, frustrated, but determined. My body is tight and I need a soak. My phone didn't charge last night. My hair elastics snapped before I even got on the freeway today lol. And frustrated with my weight, buttt I noticed new veins on my hands and arms last night so I'm pretty sure I'm still getting leaner I am just holding water a bit still. Soooo let's get it. We got shoulders and tomorrow is a prefab rest day so I'm considering doing yoga or something tomorrow hehe
