Coming for blood- 40 Days Out

I don't typically see people outside of my normal gym, grocery, life routine... and the last few weeks it's made it evident of why.


It drains me. For various reasons. Other peoples opinions of me, what I'm doing, what I'm eating, etc. it's hard to not take it to heart. Or let it effect me... and honestly it makes me fucking sad that these people aren't more supportive.


I know most are not intentionally trying to hurt my feelings... but ya girl is sensitive and it does suck.


Soooo on those days, I call people that I know will uplift my spirits. Like my husband, mom, or as funny as it is... I post to social media because the community I have started to build... is SO FREAKING SUPPORTIVE.


Which I am super grateful for, and a testament of why I keep urging youuu to find a community as well.


While this shit and the snide comments gets in my head. I use it for my motivation. I use it for that underdog mentality. Remember that I'm coming for blood. Remember that this adversity is only going to make me stronger. Remember that I'm the author of my own story.

How am I feeling? Good, my abs are coming in tighter finally. Still some loose skin but I'm trusting the process. I got really good feedback from my coach and she says we are right on track which is suchhh a breath of fresh air. 🙏 let's keep on grinding
