How am I feeling? Tight. I forgot to stretch buttt I did spend some time with the theragun last night and decided to completely unplug which was a small win for myself.


Todays Goals: Meal prep, finish laundry, do my daily cardio (warming up for that currently as I’m typing this up), dog walk (currently on it), hit some golf balls with Eli, do some CTU courses, enjoy the moment and unplug for a bit again today:
