Learning self discipline is going to be the biggest favor you'll ever give to yourself.
Practicing self discipline will be hard, yes... but that's why we say PRACTICE.
You're not going to be perfect every day, but trying your hardest is the only thing you can do.
After awhile it will become a habit... and once it's a habit it'll become easier. I promise. Your days will become more routine. Workouts will become a therapy. Your goals will become that much closer. Your confidence will go up, because you start believing in yourself. You'll realize you're showing up for yourself, every damn day... and the future you will thank you.
