When I started this bodybuilding prep, I was living like a bodybuilder for a year. I kept talking about potentially hopping on stage one day... but then I kept talking myself out of it because I didn't think I was: pretty enough, fit enough, have the right genetics, or think I could do it. Plus I knew it would be a selfish move for me. Taking additional time and money, and so much more. Then one day (after taking to Eli about it obviously) I decided to just go for it. He kept reminding me, I've talked about it enough... so let's put it into action!


So I did, and I couldn't be more proud. Which is why, I always remind you that this journey is YOUR journey. It's not going to look the same. It's not going to take the same amount of time. Your goals won't look the same as mine, or even the same as another one of my clients. But, no matter what goal you have. I'm here to tell you, it's not selfish & you deserve to accomplish them!


You have so much unlocked potential and I can't wait for you to see that!
