Do the work- 147 Days Out
Do the work.
Yay! It's Saturday ! The 1/2 days I get to sleep in. It also happens to be a recovery day.
Does that mean I'm not going to get my movement in? Hell no. I am currently sitting on my bike and getting my fasted cardio in. (6 out of 6 days so tomorrow I won't need to do this) I will also make sure my steps are done. (On both days)
It is also the day I can set myself up for a successful week. Meal prep, work prep, and relax. To help with the relaxation we are getting some bodywork done at home which I am soooo excited about. A little scared because i am getting cups done for the first time. So let's see how it goes!
Anyways back to the original task. Do the work. Believe in yourself. Stick to your goals. And don't lose focus.
It's very easy to lose focus, because these goals take time. There's a lot of monotony in the day to day work. There's a lot of repetition. There's a lot of discipline that's required. But guess what, practicing discipline is a skill. It takes time... you will fail. But remember there is no true failure if you keep showing up.
