Set intentions every single day.

Start your day with positivity and gratitude. No matter how hard yesterday was, remember... what a gift it is to wake up in the morning.


It's an opportunity to change. It's an opportunity to flip the script. It's an opportunity to become 0.001% better and get you through these obstacles. You are a warrior.


We often forget that we have the power of perspective. The power to look outside of ourselves, and focus.


Instead of “UGH I HAVE SO MUCH TO DO” think “I get to do these things” “UGH I AM SO TIRED” think “I'm tired but look at what I can accomplish today”


Sometimes we get stuck in overwhelm, but this is why I always remind you to prepare to plan. Create habits. Create a power list, every single day. This is why I post my daily goals every single day so I can set myself up for success. Do I get to EVERYTHING on my list every single day? Heck no, but when I don't I have my list for reference... Plus it helps calm my mind a bit knowing I have an opportunity to braindump for all of you in the morning.


It's a game changer, and seems a little silly at first... But I promise you, it's worth it.

Seriously, I have no words for the amount of texts/DMS/comments I have been getting this last week. It's honestly a little overwhelming, but in a good way. I can't believe we are three days out. I get to see my mama tomorrow! I get to see my best friend in two days! I get to be on stage in three days?! This is unreal
