Don't be afraid to fail... but most importantly, don't be afraid to succeed.
To succeed, sometimes means sacrifice. So ask yourself. What are you willing to sacrifice? If your vision of "success" is to getting to a healthy weight. That sacrifice might mean, have a little less to drink. That sacrifice might mean, taking some extra time to meal prep. That sacrifice might mean spending thirty minutes daily to move... and no, I'm not saying that movement has to be directly in the gym. It can start with just moving around the house or your neighborhood.
Your sacrifices will be dependent upon your goals, your lifestyle, and your capabilities... but the most important thing is to assess where you're at, and what you're actually willing to sacrifice.
You can achieve ANYTHING you put your mind too... but you have to be willing to work, and most importantly... be willing to sacrifice.

How am I feeling? Productive, strong, and mission oriented. We are 10 days out. It feels unreal. I am still battling some imposter syndrome, but have had some really impactful calls that remind me that I have worth outside of what I am bringing onto that stage. Im touching so many souls, and helping so many humans... on the fitness front, but also on the business front... and that freaking excites me! So im focusing on that, and will continue to show tf up every day. For me... but also for others 💪
