Don’t be lazy! - 60 Days Out

How am I feeling? A bit bloated today since I had a whole lot of sodium yesterday and the scale shows it. But we here hitting cardio and shoulders still getting shit done. Otherwise actually feeling very refreshed and rested since we slept in this glorious Labor Day. Which is surprising cause we completely demolished legs yesterday.

Coach wants me to stop doing hiit runs and be more consistent with my LISS which I completely agree with, but I’d be lying if I didn’t mention that I am a little weary about still dropping weight at a consistent rate without raising my heart rate to what I’ve been hitting lately 🫠 but trusting the process.


Todays Goals:

  1. Walk dog

  2. Meal prep

  3. Gym (currently here)

  4. Cardio (currently doing it)

  5. CTU

  6. 1 MM module completion

  7. Finish Phor Website

  8. Cuddle and hangout with family before the rest of the week hehe
