The first few days are exciting and different. Then, after the excitement wears off. It gets tiring and monotonous. But don't you give up!


Keep showing up for yourself. Keep staying consistent. Keep moving forward. Keep hold of those goals that you/we set.


It takes 21 days to create a habit, but you have to work at it... so please, I'm begging you. Don't give up on yourself.
