How am I feeling? Sore. Tired. Excited.


I hurt myself a lot this week and I'm dealing with those injuries, but I'd be lying if I said I was at my 100%. Yesterday we spent the day cleaning up the garage/gym and did small daily tasks. Today we are gonna do some more chores, and I will be going to Fright Fest for the first time EVER today. So not only am I excited, but I'm a little scared too lol. Currently on my new at home treadmill getting my cardio in, then we also have leg day. So big day, big day.

Todays Goals:

  1. Transfer Kleen

  2. Dog walk

  3. Cardio

  4. Leg day

  5. Prep some posts

  6. Prep food

  7. Unplug and enjoy the experience today
