How am I feeling? Excited. Happy. Constipated
I didn't hit my fiber intake the other day and my body is responding to it 🙄, but positive news is. Coach increased my carbs! This week we are really prepping to make sure next week is as seamless as possible. We already went to the gym yesterday, I already know what I'm eating for the rest of the day... and I'm just so freaking grateful. Omg! I also saw my final suit photos yesterday!!! And I can't wait to show you guys hehe. It's all getting so freaking real, and I'm just elated. Coming to all my workouts with a force of intention. Yes it hurts, but I am thriving off of that shit.
PS. Shout out to Eli for hitting his protein/calories daily and actually tracking. It's been a long road but he's finally invested 💯 & I am so freaking proud!
