There will always be an excuse or reason why you can't hit your workouts.

Maybe it's your feet are tired.

Maybe you're tired.

Maybe you're sad.

Maybe you're hungry.

Maybe you just dealt with a loss.

Maybe you are just not motivated.


Well stop that inner dialogue and take control.


You will always find an excuse to NOT do the work... but the great thing is... you can ALSO find any reason to DO THE WORK.


So flip that perspective and do what you said you would.

Stick to the plan.

Stick to your goals.

Stick to the promises you gave yourself.
