Find your strength- 156 Days Out

One of the most beautiful things is when you find your own strength. When you find your own inner beauty. When you find out that you are so much stronger than you think!


Chances are there will be a lot of pain, turmoil, and discomfort that forces you to find this strength. A lot of falls and failures that will show you, you need to be stronger to stand.


You got this. Get UP!

Make a change, stay consistent with that change... and just keep moving forward.


It's okay if you failed 10000 times before. This time is different.

How am I feeling? Tired. Sore. Relieved.

Yesterday I spent from 2PM-9PM to get my lease to own transfer completed. Very uncomfortable just sitting and waiting to make this happen. But we did it! I need to pickup my car in a few days but that's okay! 👍 I am just so proud that I could purchase another vehicle without needing a co-signer. Looking back to 2018 when I had to get a co-signer for my overly expensive apartment in San Francisco... to now. A home SOLELY in my name. A truck with me as primary, and MY CRV in my own name. 🥹 and enough money saved up to pay for our house build in Mexico. 🥲 I just feel so blessed, grateful, and at ease.


Financial freedom has always been what I chased... and I feel like at 30 I'm finally getting there. Can I improve? Heck yeah. But taking every day to get better. I preach about this a lot. Progress over perfection. It usually refers to physical attributes... but honestly I'm always talking about more than that. Financial health. Physical health. Mental health. And relationship health.


So many of these good habits can be utilized in all aspects of your life... so I hope you remember that while yes on the outside my stuff is fitness based or fitness forward... it's much more than that!
