How am I feeling?
To be honest I am absolutely exhausted. I am sitting on this bike slow moving. Sore calf. Pushing along. Doing the work, because that's what needs to be done. We have had so many life changes in the last few weeks, and I realized that I was starting to give up certain things to give back to myself... for instance this blog.
WE CANNOT HAVE THAT
I do this blog for you, but mostly for me. This allows me to get my thoughts down, and connect with you. It allows me to listen to these motivational videos to get me in the "right" headspace. It allows me to jot down all of my to-dos and prioritize my schedule, and most importantly it allows me to express myself.
So here's my reminder, no matter how busy you are. No matter how many balls in the air you may have... give back to you.
Focus on the way you treat yourself, and improve upon it.
