How am I feeling? Cranky AF. Had shitty dreams last night, and just feeling a bit off. This is the time where I like to lean on gratitude and pause a moment to enjoy the good things. Good things like we are going to Mexico next weekend. Good things like my grandma is coming over today for some quality time. Good like I have a roof over my head and we are beating our debt: good things like we have the luxury and opportunity to follow our bodybuilding aspirations.
Remembering all of these things are getting me in a better mood already... But I am still honoring my feelings and keeping my finger on the pulse of WHY I feel this way. Also, keep in mind I'm on my period heh. Not an excuse to be a dick. Just the reality is my hormones are like 🎢🎢🎢
