How am I feeling? Better spirits today, and my pain is manageable. Did a very leg focused work out today and made adjustments to alleviate any lower back pressure.


Feeling a bit like David Goggins every single day tbh. How can you ever know what your full potential is, if you're not willing to go full out?


I get it, shit happens. You might've had an injury, might've had a heart break, you might've lost a job, you might've lost yourself... But don't let those EXCUSES stop your potential. You are so much stronger than you know. I believe in you.
