You have to just do it!
You have to start believing in yourself!

You have to be proud of you!
You have to start keeping your promises.
There's this amazing phenomenon that happens to your self confidence when you start keeping your promises to yourself.
Have you noticed every year when you create "new years resolutions" you kinda always scoff at it... most of us will say "it'll be different this time" or "let's see how long this lasts"
I am here to tell you, that that disbelief you go in with is super limiting. You're already latching on to the notion you're going to fail. You're latching onto your past mistakes. You're already preimptively giving yourself an out from that resolution.
Start keeping those promises to yourself. Maybe it's, I promise to save $1 a day into my savings. Maybe it's I'll walk 5k steps a day. Maybe it's I'll go to the gym for 10 minutes twice a week.
Whatever that small promise is.... keep it! Let it thrive. Start believing in yourself again.
How am I feeling? Happy, relieved, constipated woke up the last two days loving what I see in the mirror... so I'm riding that wave! Proud of my body for responding so well to this higher quantity of macros. 💪 coming in strong to pre-peak week!
