Keep GOING- 15 Days Out from San Antonio Pro/AM


Fight for the younger you ๐Ÿ‘ every damn day!!!


You can accomplish anything, but you have to be willing to sacrifice. You have to be willing to work. You have to be willing to change. You will have to be willing to show up for yourself.


If you want change, you have to endure change ๐Ÿ˜ค


Stop going back to your old habits, or what you have done in the past. Have an open mind to try something new... because clearly if you are self aware enough to know that old habits weren't working. You must be willing to make those adjustments to see the change you want.


This notion took awhile for me to grasp, don't get me wrong. For instance, tracking macros I would use substitutions for carbs and fats and swap them out... and justify it in my mind. Like well I'm basicallyyyyy hitting my numbers.


But NO, no I wasn't. I was making excuses for myself. As soon as you start making one excuse it starts to become a habit. You start making more and more excuses or substitutions... then wonder why you're not hitting your goal...


Is it always going to be feasible to be ๐Ÿ’ฏ 24/7? Heck no, but if you make every attempt to be 1% better each and every day. That will add up! Your habits will start to thrive, and your goals will be met... then you will be extremely proud of yourself and say DAMN I DID THAT!!!


So keep going, keep practicing, keep bettering yourself every day... and GO ALL IN... ON YOU!
