Why is your goal so important?

What is the reason WHY you are chasing that goal?

What would happen if you finally got to your goal?

What is holding you back?

What has held you back in the past?

What will you do differently this time?

What will you be willing to sacrifice?


All of these questions are soooo important, not only to ground you... but on those hard days/weeks/months going back to that WHY... will help push you through when the motivation isn't there.


As I said in the past, motivation is forever fleeting... but desire, and discipline will get you through it.
