I am so unbelievably thankful for this journey.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to touch lives while finding my purpose. Which is to genuinely help humans.


The last two days have been quite emotional for me. I have received some messages and calls that have truly touched my soul... and they all reminded me how important it is for me to continue this journey. With all of the trials and tribulations that have been thrown my way... it has only taught me lessons. Taught me how to approach issues with compassion and first hand knowledge when I am helping my clients through those tough days. The obstacles have really just all been opportunities to show up. Show up not only for me, but for you guys.


Ahh, if you're reading this. Just know I appreciate you all so much.... thank you!

todays video wasn't quite motivational but I wanted to share with you some grocery motivation 😉


Weigh-In: 123.4

How am I feeling? Grateful, full of love, but tight. All the added posing has been taking a toll on my body, plus that pinched nerve I aggravated yesterday in my trap 🙄. I have been sticking strong with my stretching and mobility. Tonight I will be doing another soak, and doing my feet to relax hehe. Definitely trying to just manage stress and fatigue and since today is a rest day. That should be high priority, along with posing of course. 9 freaking days left!!! I think only one more work out but after these check-in photos. So we will see what coach says tomorrow morning.
