How am I feeling?

Today I am feeling good emotionally. Physically a bit beat up. Yesterday we got into town and I almost felt like I was fighting off a cold or something since I had a dehydrated feeling in my head. Which is weird because I was drinking over a gallon every day... but it was very hot with no AC so I am sure I was sweating it all out. Plus pushing my workouts and everything.

The trip was good, but all business. Most thought we were there for vacation but that wasn't the case. :) still had shit to do and stay on plan. I am happy to say that on trips like this, it's a lot easier to avoid the temptation. But I will be honest I think this time it was easier because I was helping console Eli through his cravings. We were constantly picked on, and tested. But we stayed strong... I am so freaking proud of Eli.

Like really really proud.

Anyways yesterday we just slept mostly... and watched the Succession & Marvelous Ms. Maisel finale! && man those were so good!


As soon as we got home before getting into sleep mode, I prepped food, threw our clothes in the wash and did a quick clean up. Which I am so glad I did because it is making everything today so seamless and I was actually able to relax because of it.


But we are back on the grind today!
