What does that mean Vannesa? Meaning, focus on the work that needs to be done, not what your perceived success is. For instance, you want to lose 50 lbs and every day you wake up and your weight fluctuates (like normal) you'll get discouraged when you don't see a linear decline in weight. Sooooo instead, focus on your day to day tasks each and every day. When you do those small things daily. Eventually you'll get to your outcome... but you won't get as discouraged on a day to day.


Weigh-In: 135lbs

How am I feeling? Not gonna lie, was annoyed that I woke up a "pound heavier" but I remembered those words. Focus on the actions and not the outcome, and my frustration subsided. I've been checking off all the boxes and that's all I can ask for. I'm still on my period (a week early) so in reality that's what it probably is due to water retention.

  3. Walk dog

  4. Wix Dev Con

  5. Meeting with Mike

  6. Video editing- episode will by 12 reasons why you're failing at fitness

  7. CTU

  8. Get AB content scheduled
