Overcoming pain- 136 Days Out

Over coming pain is the one thing that will allow you to surpass any obstacle.

Whether it's the pain of a breakup, a lost loved one, a broken marriage, a hostile job, tough workouts or whatever your pain comes from.


You cannot spelled challenge without change. And that's what it brings your. The challenges bring you change. Challenges bring you grit. Challenges test you.


Some days it may feel overwhelming. Some days it may feel like its adding up just a little too much. But I promise you. If you keep your head down and focus on the small positive habits. You will get through. Focus on what you can control. Focus on the small things you should be grateful for. It may be hard I know. But if you're reading this, here are three things you can automatically be grateful for.

  1. You woke up this morning. Every day is a gift. Yes even the hard ones. We just celebrated memorial day for those fallen soldiers that didn't have the opportunity to wake up again.

  2. You have the luxury of electricity and internet. The simple fact that we have knowledge at our fingertips is amazing. It's revolutionary. The simple fact that we can connect with humans around the world. Amazing

  3. You are loved. You might be saying, I don't feel like I am. But stop that now! Because I love you. I believe in you. I have faith in you...and I will continue to write these blogs every day in hopes that it will set in one day. You got this
