Pain is not there to stop you- 51 Days Out & Broken

How am I feeling? Broken to shit. Two days ago I tweaked my back. My big slipped while I was on a glute drive and that caused my lower back to flare tf up again. Previously I've been in multiple accidents and bad form my back has always been an issue. Honestly it's been almost two years since I last had a flare up. I should've stopped my workout. But I didn't. I finished the workout and then I couldn't walk for the rest of the day. Yesterday I took a full rest day and was on bed rest.
Today I will be on bed rest again, but I also got my workout in and am currently doing my cardio. I have scaled my workouts and have made modification where it's needed. But this isn't going to stop me. I still have goals to reach. I'm not letting this pain stop me. Pain isn't there to stop you either, it's there to test you. So keep moving forward! Even if it's slow af. Trust me, I'm moving like a snail. But at least I'm still showing up for myself. Showing up for my dreams. Showing up for the future me.
