How am I feeling? Soooo freaking sore. My quads feel like they're going to explode because of how pumped they are right now.

I am currently sitting on this bike, pedaling like my life depended on it... and I'm thinking of the moment I need to get up. I could barely walk before, and will probably struggle after lmao. 😅 but this pain and discomfort is helping me grow. So we are moving forward!

I am supposed to hit legs today but honestly not sure if I'm going to do that. I might decide to hit back instead just so I can get a quality lift in on Wednesday 🥹
