The weekends are where warrior are built. But, it's also where warriors are tested. It's easy to fall back into old habits. Go day drinking all day. It's easy to go back to that "eh it's the weekend I should #treatmyself


But let's flip the script and your definition of "treating" yourself. Treat yourself with a perfect day. Treat yourself with the opportunity to plan for your week. Treat yourself with a little extra self care and enjoy the outdoors. Treat yourself with foods that are nutrient dense,vs the typical food/drinks that have you feeling sluggish Sunday morning that have you dragging ass Monday morning.


The weekends are opportunities to be 💯 because you don't need to focus on all your day to day work life.
