Separate yourself from the competition.


Often we get discouraged because the market is flooded with competitors... but guess what, you're different. You have different strengths, and you have different flaws. Use those, and yes... even those flaws.


If you know you're always late, use that data to take steps to plan better. If your strength is loyalty, use that to build better relationships. If you hate working out, use that knowledge to find something fun to do that still gets your body moving.


You can easily separate yourself from the competition, in whatever vertical you are in.


We are 2 Days Out from my first NPC show and I definitely don't feel like I look ready. I see these girls with carved out and and snatched waists... but you know what. I'm still going to show up, bring my best, show my personality, pose my heart out, and have fun! Hopefully make some friends in the process too.


I have zero expectations of this show because all of these women are soooo stacked, but I'm just excited to separate myself from the pack and be myself. Then use this "building phase" to become an even better package.


This can be you, with whatever goal you have. So say you wanted to start a business, but you're discouraged because there are other companies doing the same thing for longer with a loyal fan base... that's okay! There's plenty of business for all of us! Use your strengths to stand out, follow your mission, and communicate that!


Maybe you are up for a promotion against coworkers. Emphasis your strengths and work freaking hard to show your value.

How am I feeling? A bit tired but determined. Trying to manage stress and have an "easy" next couple of days so my body doesn't fight back on me. Today we are doing a full day of eating video for the Tubes. So excited to share that with y'all 🥰
