How am I feeling? Inflamed. Lol my legs really took a beating on Saturdays leg day. But we growing, so good trade off potentially. Along with my added cycling on the morning. 😤Leg conditioning will not be an issue this season 💅
I would be lying if I said this shit was easy. My legs feel like they're going to explode from all the blood and lactic acid built up. When I'm walking around doing errands sometimes they want to give out. 🫠 but we still do the things on our powerlist. We still get shit done.
