There's some stipulations that follow losing weight or getting healthy. Sometimes people will assume you're doing it because you "hate yourself" that you hate your body, that you are "fat-phobic"


But the reality is, when you start taking care of yourself... its an act of love and not an act of hate. (Obviously if you go about it the wrong way, yes it can be an act of hate... but I am trying to build a community of strong willed, disciplined humans that want the best for themselves so I am not referring to those scenarios 🥹)


It's an act of self love when you start investing in yourself. When you start investing in the time to learn more about nutrition. It's an act of self love when you start rewarding yourself with daily foods that fill your heart, fill your stomach and get you to your goals.

It's an act of self love to take your body out for a walk. It's an act of self love when you continue to stick to your plan.


So let's flip the script. Let's start putting you first.
