Okay, maybe I'm just projecting my actual feelings of legit hunger right now. But, you can switch that mindset. Use that to drive you, like it's helping me drive through this cardio session.
8 FREAKING DAYS AWAY, and I didn't get the best sleep which is why I am so tired, and hungry. Did you know, when you don't have quality sleep your body releases a hunger hormone? It's called gherlin, I always remember its name because it reminds me of "my tummy is gurgling"
The reason your body releases this hormone is because it's looking from energy, and since you're not getting additional sleep it's going to want that energy from food. That being said, this is ANOTHER reason I emphasis sleep and recovery for you guys. Not only for your cortisol levels, but also to moderate that gherlin hormone 💪
It's freaking Friday and I am sooo excited to sleep in tomorrow hehe 🙃
