Don't get me wrong, I scroll a lot as well. But it's partially my job too. I also have a ton of habits that I have implemented to allow for me to multitask.
One habit that truly makes a difference in my mindset would be my daily movement obviously... But also this blog. It allows me to get all my thoughts... All of my heartaches.. And all of my tasks down. It feels good to be real.
