There is absolutely no excuse to not try. No excuse to not show up for yourself.


I'm not asking you to be perfect. I'm not asking you to give me your 10000% I'm simply asking you to TRY.


Try to embrace the change. Try to incorporate new habits. Try to hit your daily move goal. Try to hit your protein goal. Try to hit your water goal. Every single day. Then one day it'll be second nature.

How am I feeling? SORE AF. A little stressy. Excited that my weight is trending down. Ready to hit shoulders later today. We decided to sleep in a little because we were both extremely sore and have typically been going to hit shoulders mid afternoon on Wednesdays, so we doing it again! 🙃
