Snacks: Macro friendly volume snacks! I grabbed these popcorn bags and devoured a bag today. I don't know about you but I love big bowls of food... it just keeps my mouth occupied lmao

Rice Cakes are macro friendly snacks you can grab on the go that hit your sweet tooth... Honestly I will say I can't just have ONE... so be careful! lol

Collagen, I LOVE the fruity cereal collagen it mixes well by itself. But I typically mix it with my reds & greens as a snack... but today 👀 I tried something new. I will tell you about it later if it comes out good! hehe 🙃


THE REPEATS: Reds & Greens, and the new Red Velvet Cake đŸ€€ (I mix the reds & greens together... but I have Red Velvet on it's own)

As I said earlier I mix the r&g's with the collagen and it's a satiating juice that helps your hair, skin, nails, and gut while tasting like đŸ„Ł cereal milk đŸ€€ PLUS it gets you some protein & tastes muy caliente


Gadgets: I can't say this enough.... I LOVE ME MY AIR FRYER! Not sure if it's because it's new... or maybe I am so far removed from my last air fryer... but this Sur La Table has stolen my heart.
