Sitting on this bike every day fccking sucks. It makes my legs so heavy, it make my legs throb, and it makes me sweat more than a hoe in church.
The fasted cardio 6 days a week is probably one of my least favorite things because I'm usually hungry. I'm usually unmotivated and to be real it hurts.. but a las we push through.
So here's your reminder, to just get it done.
