How am I feeling?
Nervous, determined, and a little tight.
I had a great massage and soak last night, but I still feel like there aren't enough hours in the day sometimes. After I got back from my errands yesterday I was absolutely drained. Mentally and physically, I just had to lay there a bit. Today is a new day and we gotta keep showing up. Leg day was great, and I had a ton of great feedback from my providers so that was exciting. Which is so silly because the feedback was that I seem well hydrated and my muscles are responsive. It's those small things that you gotta latch onto 😉
