What is your purpose?

What is your why?

What is your motivator?

What is hurting you right now?

What are you trying to get away from right now?

What are you trying to go TOWARDS right now?

What gets you up in the morning?

What are your goals?

Why are these your goals?

How would you feel when you got to those goals?


These are all questions I ask my clients. These are all things you should audit in your life today. When you take a moment to identify your pain points and your WHY... or what drives you. It will help push you through those tough days.


Then when you have all of those things written out or identified, you can create a plan to get to those goals. You can create a plan to keep that drive going. You can create habits that revolve around those WHY's.


First comes the why, then comes the how.


&& if you don't know HOW. That's what I am here for. I'm your support, I am your accountability partner, I am your biggest fan.
