As you might know, last week I was an idiot and aggravated my back. I could barely walk the rest of the day. As soon as I realized I hurt myself I knew I had to run to these movements to start my recovery.
I didn't do these stretches every day when my back was super aggravated. I did one day on and one day off, because if you over stretch you can be doing more harm than good. So just listen to your body. 🫂
Doing these stretches, listening to my body, and still focusing on my daily goals. I continued to make progress still on prep. So if I can do it, I know you can do small things too!!
How am I feeling?
Amazed. Sore. Tight. Determined.
I cannot believe how much the scale has moved. (Reminder the scale isn't always indicative of your success, but when you're in bodybuilding prep it's necessary) being at 126. Is seriously the lowest weight I have been since probably 6th grade. No joke. 🥲
All of these years trying to do these crazy diets, without education... has built me up to this. All the failures, have lead me to this. All the failures were lessons... and damn, I've gotta say it's worth it.
Aside from my weight, my lower back is a little tight tonight along with my neck soooo you know damn well I'll be doing a flow with the movements in that video! (: I also need to setup a massage appointment here in the near future.
