You are WORTHY- 16 Days Out

Friendly Reminder,

You are worthy.

You are worthy of your dreams.

You are worthy of greatness.

You are worthy of change.

You are worthy of happiness.

You are worthy of having the best life, the best health, and the best of the best.

I write these blogs not only for you, but for me. I'm not gonna lie, the last few days I have been struggling a bit with imposter syndrome. Sometimes I feel like I'm not worthy of the win I just brought home. Other times, I think of how many times people have given me the "😳 oh really... well good luck" when I told them I wanted to be a bodybuilder. I could see it in their eyes that they didn't think I could do it. I could see it in their eyes that they would stare at me up and down with my loose skin and chunky arms, that they didn't think I would actually win, or shape up. I think of all of those things constantly...

But then, I also remember all of the hours of training, eating, crying, and hard freaking work I endured. The amount of times I purposely put myself into uncomfortable positions and challenges to show YOU all I could do it. Which means, YOU, can do it too.

Multiple flights out of state, 100's of hours in the car and still eating/drinking water on point, going on trips with ZERO refrigerators, and still being prepared. Running a business, getting the VID, and enduring multiple injuries...

I did all of that in order to squash all of your disbeliefs, and excuses. I did all of it to empathize and figure out how I could better help you and relate to you.

YOU are worthy of your dreams, it's just a matter of if you want it bad enough...

Weigh-In: 122.4

How am I feeling? Energy levels are back to normal-ish. I have a ton of mixed emotions. I am clearly dealing with imposter syndrome, but I am also still very grateful and determined to bring the best package possible to stage in 2 weeks. I would be lying if I said the scale moving up wasn't making me nervous but I know I needed this refeed period to bring the best fullest package on stage so I am trusting the process... and ready to grind after we make changes this Saturday. So just focusing on what I can control and getting shit prepared so I don't drop the ball on my business/social media clients. While in the interim of all this madness, I am really excited to have started with some strong as women to get them to their goals and change their lives. 🥹 so freaking proud and grateful that they entrusted me with their goals hehe
