You can get motivation from anything if you look hard enough- 16 Days Out from Summer Shredding

Motivation is in the eye of the beholder...

I know that's not the right saying, but hear me out. I recently found motivation from a Budweiser Poster. Weird right?


That being said is, sometimes motivation can be found in the most unlikely places. ESPECIALLY, if and when you really need it. You just need to open your eyes. Be open to finding that motivation. Open to finding anyyyy reason to keep going. Latch on to those feelings of pain, feelings of doubt, and remember who the fuck you are. You got this. I know you do.


Yesterday I posted a day in the life video from this past Tuesday. I go over me prepping for a road trip, and some motivational speak.


Moving forward I will be posting twice weekly until my show. It's freaking go time baby.


Weigh-In: 126.7

How am I feeling? Excited, tight, and rested. We slept in a bit today since it is a rest/prehab day. Which means I still have cardio, and I will be focusing on mobility and posing.


(Ps. Yes I did stretch a bit yesterday! 🙏)

Today is going to look a bit different than most days since we are trying to perfect my look, which means I will be doing Checkin photos after every meal today. I was originally going to do it tomorrow, but since it's a rest day I felt as though it made more sense today :)
