You're going to have to learn self discipline.

You're going to have to learn to say no.

You're going to have to learn to stand up for yourself.

You're going to have to learn new movements.

You're going to have to learn to prepare.

You're going to have to learn to set boundaries, for yourself... and others around you.

You're going to have to learn how to execute the action plan to get you to your goals.

You're going to have to learn to love yourself.

You're going to have to learn that by you practicing self discipline, by you executing your execution plan, and by setting those boundaries... that's all acts of self love and that's going to make things sooo worth it.


Yes it's going to be hard. Shoot, it's hard to look at that nice cocktail and turn away. It's hard to look at that comfy bed and not go back into it. It's going to be hard to tell your bestie you can't do bottomless brunch or go out for pancakes. I get it.


But remember, this journey is for YOU! This journey is for the best version of yourself... and how are you going to be the best version of yourself if you're stuck doing the same shit on different days.

How am I feeling? Cranky from my crick in my neck... Tested and focused. I feel like there has been a lot more opportunity to fail lately. More people have wanted to hangout, and do fun things. Which is great, because who doesn't like fun things... but at the same time I am so close to the show I have to stay focused and I have no room for a kilter in my plan at this point. Will I win? Honestly I highly doubt it... but it doesn't mean I can just throw the towel in at this point. This is not the time to self sabotage. This is not when I can just say well "fuck it I'm not going to win anyways" because trust me... I have those thoughts on the daily.


Again, I've been struggling hard this week and sometimes it's just, a bit overwhelming. But I know it would be doing both of an injustice if I don't talk about it... because maybe, just maybe you're dealing with these limiting beliefs for yourself... and if you are, STOP IT!
