30g All Purpose Flour
8g Coconut Flour
15g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
5g Ground Cinnamon
4g Baking Powder
100g Plain NonFat Greek Yogurt
50g Egg Whites
APPLE PIE FILLING
340g No Sugar Added Apple Pie Filling
10g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
5g Powdered Sugar
20g Plain NonFat Greek Yogurt
2g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
1g Zero Cal Sweetener of your Choice
Cold Water to Consistency of Frosting
10g Crushed Graham Crackers
1. Preheat the oven to 450 Degrees F. Now add all of the dry ingredients into one bowl and wet ingredients into another. Mix the dry ingredients together to avoid clumping. Then do the same with the wet ingredients. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and mix until fully integrated.
2. Take a pizza pan and cover with parchment paper. Spread the pizza dough into the desired pizza shape. I recommend spreading the dough out with the middle having less dough and the outsides with more. This will ensure it bakes right and there is a thick crust. Add to oven for 8-10 minutes (keep an eye on it) and take out once golden. While the pizza is baking, combine the dry protein frosting ingredients and mix. Add the greek yogurt and mix. Add 10ml of cold water and stir until a smooth frosting consistency is created.
3. Remove the crust out and add toppings and place back in the oven for another 4-6 minutes. Then enjoy!
