70g All Purpose Flour
12g Coconut Flour
8g Baking Powder
5g Garlic Powder
1g Sea Salt
150g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
75g Egg Whites
120g Pizza Sauce
28g Light Shredded Mozzarella
4oz (weighed raw) Chicken Breast
14g Fat Free Feta (can sub blue cheese crumbles)

1. Preheat the oven to 500 Degrees F. Add dry ingredients into one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Mix the dry ingredients together to avoid clumping. Do the same with the wet ingredients. Combine the dry with the wet and mix together until fully combined.
2. Take a pizza pan and cover with parchment paper. Now spread out the pizza dough into the desired pizza shape. Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes (keep an eye on it).
3. While the pizza is baking, slice up the chicken breast into thin strips and season it with sea salt and garlic powder. Add to a stove top pan on a 5/10 heat. Place the cover on top to help chicken cook evenly. Flip chicken breast every couple minutes until it’s finished.
4. Once both the crust and chicken breast is done, slice up the chicken breast into small strips and add to a bowl. Then toss in the buffalo sauce. Add pizza sauce, mozzarella, chicken breast and feta to the pizza crust. Add a small buffalo sauce drizzle on top and place back in the oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese starts to golden. Then take out, slice up and enjoy!
