24g All Purpose Flour
5g Baking Powder
100g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
50g Egg Whites
8g Mini Chocolate Chips
FROSTING

40-50ml Cold Water

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F. Now add the dry pizza dough ingredients into one bowl and the wet pizza dough ingredients into another. Mix the dry ingredients together to avoid clumping. Do the same with the wet ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until they are fully combined.
2. Take a pizza pan and cover it with parchment paper. Then spread out the pizza dough to the desired pizza shape and size. To have a pizza shape where the crust is thicker than the middle, spread the dough in that manner.
3. To make the protein frosting, add Protein Cookie Butter Powder into a bowl and then slowly add 20ml of cold water and mix well. Then add another 10ml of water at a time and mix until there is an icing/frosting like consistency. Place it in the freezer for 10 minutes to thicken up.
4. Once everything is ready, add frosting to your pizza along with the mini chocolate chips! Then enjoy!
