64g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
4g Baking Powder
70g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
70g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
50g Egg Whites
30g Fresh Red Raspberries
8g Mini Chocolate Chips

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add Protein Cookie Butter Powder and baking powder to one bowl and mix. Add the wet ingredients to another bowl and mix. Combine the dry ingredients (except raspberries) to a bowl with the wet. Mix until combined.
2. Add the batter to each to large muffin molds while periodically pressing in raspberries. Once all batter and raspberries have been added to the molds, add the mini chocolate chips on top and place in the oven for about 20 minutes.
3. Once these are done, remove from the oven and let them cool in the mold for about 20-30 minutes. Then take out and add to cooling rack for however long you want. Add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
